Why this app exists
I'm Robin. I'm a senior care assistant in the UK working toward NMC nurse registration. I took the OET more than twenty-five times before I crossed Grade B.
That number is not a typo. The first dozen attempts I scored consistently in the 310s — close enough to feel cruel, far enough to feel impossible. The apps I bought were all the same: stock practice tests, generic feedback (“needs more practice”), and a price tag that made my failures feel expensive.
What eventually got me to 350 wasn't more tests. It was finally understanding what specifically I was getting wrong — the exact pattern of incomplete noun phrases in Reading, the missing empathy cues in Speaking, the over-long letters in Writing — and then drilling those, by name, until they fixed.
OET Prep is the app I needed three years ago. Every feature here came from a specific moment where I'd failed a practice test, sat with the feedback, and wished the app could tell me exactly what I'd done wrong and exactly what five-minute drill would fix it.
